Dog Walking Park T&Cs

Please do not enter the park without reading and adhering to the terms and conditions.

Please do NOT arrive early as there will be a booking in progress. Give people time to leave safely before you attempt to enter.

The main gate does not lock so please ensure all dogs are kept on a lead until you have entered the second gate and it is fully shut behind you. The gate is self-closing but please check before you let your dog off their lead.

Anyone arriving and using the park for the first time should inspect the fence, gate and land to make sure it is suitable for your specific dog. Making sure the height of the fence and gate is adequate for your breed/behaviour. The perimeter of two sides of the fence backs on to our neighbours. We ask that you take this into account and have respect for their privacy.

Central Bark is fully insured, however we will not be responsible for any pets, children, adults, vehicles using the park. The use of the park is entirely at the owners risk. Any professional dog walkers must have their own liability insurance.

On the unlikely event your dog escapes the park or lane, any damage and cost associated as a consequence is your responsibility. We will take every precaution within reason for our un-maned park to keep the space safe for our clients and their pets, however Central Bark will not be held accountable for theft, loss, injury, death, accidents sustained to personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the park or lane.

YOU ARE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK TO YOUR DOG, YOURSELF, CHILD AND VEHICLE YOU BRING.

The park can get muddy at times. We do not accept responsibility for injury caused to you, your dog or any individual due to slippery or uneven terrain.

Please respect our neighbours and maintain control over your dogs behaviour, don’t allow them bark at our neighbours or their pets. Try to be mindful of the noise levels.

Only one vehicle per booking is permitted at one time due to limited on-street parking. Do not arrive early and please leave on time.

Use bins provided and pick-up any fouling on the grass or lane. Leave no trace. Leaving dog mess may result in a ban from the park. People arriving in more than one vehicle may also result in a ban due to the limitations set by the council.

Tidy up after you and your dog using the bins provided and please take any food waste or litter home with you.

Please do not bring toys with you as they may be unsafe. No tennis balls allowed.

If you are booking on behalf of someone else, it is your responsibility to make them aware of the terms and conditions. Nobody is permitted to enter the park until they have read and understood and agreed to the terms.

If you are concerned your type of dog is able to jump a 6-foot fence, then please do not use this facility. Spot checks will be performed at random.

Do not tie your dog to the fence or the gate, hang anything over the fence or gate. Absolutely under no circumstances should you, your dog or any individual climb or lean on the fence and gate.

If you happen to notice any damage or you yourself have caused damage, please contact and report this to 07418 609840. WhatsApp messages only please. We do not accept phone calls.

All children under 16 MUST be supervised by an adult at all times. Never leave children or dogs unattended. Refrain from letting children scream and shout out of respect to our neighbours.

All equipment in the park is for dog use ONLY. Do not let children climb or play on anything. We will not accept responsibility for injury or illness of either dogs or individuals.

Smoking is not permitted in the park or lane.

We have the right to ask you to leave if we deem unreasonable behaviour from you or your dog.

Once you have booked there can be no refunds, please bear this in mind before you book with us.

If the weather is bad you book at your own risk.

The park is cleaned and checked daily.
